Kore is about 25k from Yirgacheffe Town.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eKochere is southwest of the town of Yirga Cheffe and near a little village of Ch'elelek'tu in the Gedeo zone. While a \"classic\" Yirga coffee, all of the sub regions tend to have different flavour profiles. Adado - stone fruit, Konga - citrus and stone fruit, and for Kochere, it is a strong fruit tea that comes along with the citrus and stone fruit.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003eThe coffee is produced by around 650 smallholder farmers at an altitude of 1800-2000 metres above sea level.\u003cspan style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\"\u003e \u003c\/span\u003eThe farmers bring only their best, ripe cherries to the mill where they are graded, sorted, depulped and fermented under water for around 36 - 48hours. The parchment is then sorted in washing channels and laid out across raised African drying tables for about 2 weeks until moisture levels reach 12% or lower.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003eDeliciously crisp \u0026amp; bright acidity with notes of floral lavender \u0026amp; sweet mango with a tea like finish and good body.
