The department of Santander extends over Colombia's eastern Andes range, close to the border with Venezuela. The region is known for it's coffee growing and conditions for coffees with good body \u0026amp; lower acidity, which this coffee perfectly displays. The coffee is grown at around 1600 - 1900 m.a.s.l.
