We formulated this blend to yield a coffee that maintained some brightness but with a reasonable depth and sweetness in the finish that would work well as an espresso coffee or as a superb filter coffee.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003eThe Colombian element of the blend imparts a buttery nutty flavour and balances beautifully with the creaminess of the speciality grade Brazil and the zestyness of the El Salvador coffee. The Ethiopia provides a fruity blackcurrant flavour and acidity, with the Brazil providing the deep creamy body and mouthfeel.
