Many coffees would be lost against this classy bean, due to it's full body and spicy flavour. To compliment the Jampit we decided on a Ethiopia Yirgacheffe fully washed and Brazil Ipanema pulped natural. The Ethiopia provides a fruity blackcurrant flavour and acidity, with the Brazil providing the deep creamy body and mouthfeel. These characteristics added to the Jampit's spicy notes makes for a delicious cup.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt is roasted on the darker side (a mahogany roast) meaning you will not get a sour, astringent, zingy cup.
