The Ethiopia provides a fruity blackcurrant flavour and acidity, with the Brazil providing the deep creamy body and mouthfeel. These characteristics added to the Jampit's spicy notes makes for a delicious cup.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt is roasted on the darker side (a mahogany roast) meaning you will not get a sour, astringent, zingy cup.
